When you upload photographs, pictures, and input text prompts inside Pekko to trigger AI-driven image transformation, stylization, and creation functions, those materials will be transmitted over encrypted connections to complete service delivery.
1.2 Non-Personal Technical Data
We may gather anonymized device-related metadata, including device model, operating system version, anonymous session markers, crash logs, and performance logs. Such information cannot be traced back to your real-world identity. We use this dataset to diagnose technical faults, stabilize service operation, and optimize product features.
1.3 Purchase-Related Information
Pekko provides premium in-app subscription and one-time purchase options. All payment workflows are processed by Google Play. We only receive anonymous transaction identifiers and active premium status records to validate your subscribed privileges. We never obtain your credit card, bank account, or actual billing details.
1.4 Data We Do Not Collect
Pekko does not actively gather your real-name identity, email address, precise geographic location, or biometric information. We will not collect such sensitive data unless you voluntarily provide it for customer support correspondence.

2.1 No Facial Data Collection Statement
Under no circumstances will Pekko collect, process, extract, store, analyze, or retain any facial-related information from users. This includes, but is not limited to, facial biometrics, facial feature landmarks, facial recognition datasets, and all other forms of facial biometric identifiers.
We will not sell, rent, or commercially lease your user content or technical metadata to outside advertisers or data brokers.
3. Temporary Storage and Data Retention
Original photos you upload and newly generated visual assets are kept temporarily for service fulfillment. Upon expiry of the temporary retention window, relevant files will be automatically erased from our server environment. Local copies of your creations remain saved on your own mobile device, under your full control. You may remove local content at any time through your device.
4. Third-Party AI Data Sharing Exclusion
Pekko expressly states that, under all data-processing workflows within the application, none of users' personal data shall be transferred, shared, or disclosed to any third-party artificial intelligence service vendors.
5. Your Rights Over Your Data
Where applicable local laws grant you rights, you are entitled to inquire, obtain copies, or request erasure of your data held by us. You may send your data-related requests to our designated support email address. We will respond to valid requests within reasonable timeframes.
6. Children's Privacy
Pekko is intended for users aged 18 years or above. Our Service is not designed for children under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information belonging to underage users.
